Our listing was up a day later and a video tour was also completed within a week. This provided a large amount of interest almost instantly and we were able to sell our house in under one month!! Joe's expertise and unlimited resources really made this a stress-free process (No FREAKING out). Joe also helped us with negotiations and necessary paperwork for the purchase of our new home.
